Compensation of Member. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall have authority to reimburse the Member for out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Member in connection with its service to the Company. It is understood that the compensation paid to the Member under the provisions of this Section 4.02 shall be determined without regard to the income of the Company, shall not, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be deemed to constitute distributions to the recipient of any profit, loss or capital of the Company and shall be considered as an Operating Expense.
Compensation of Member. The Member shall be reimbursed for all expenses incurred in managing the Company and shall, at the election of the Member, be entitled to compensation for its management services, in an amount to be determined from time to time by the Member.

Compensation of Member. The Company shall have authority to pay to the Member reasonable compensation for the Member's services to the Company, subject to the approval of the PUCT. It is understood that the compensation paid to the Member under the provisions of this Section shall be determined without regard to the income of the Company, shall not be deemed to constitute distributions to the recipient of any profit, loss or capital of the Company and shall be considered as an operating expense of the Company.
Compensation of Member. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or any other written agreement, the LLC shall pay no compensation to the Member or any Principal of the Member for their services to the LLC.
Compensation of Member. Except as otherwise provided in these Regulations or as determined by the Manager, no Member shall receive any salary, fee, or draw for services rendered to or on behalf of the Company in such Member’s capacity as a Member, nor shall any Member be reimbursed for any expenses incurred by such Member on behalf of the Company in such Member’s capacity as a Member subject to Section 3.3 below.
Compensation of Member. The Member shall not receive compensation for any services performed by it on behalf of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Member shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Company for any actual, out-of-pocket expenditures incurred by it to bona fide third parties for the benefit of the Company.
