Compensation for. 2014-15 and 2015-16 shall be subject to bargaining under the terms set out in the duration provision. Monies to support possible compensation adjustments for the following school year shall be calculated as of July 15 of each year. This calculation, along with any offsets for ongoing expenditures, including the full year impact of mid-year adjustments made in the prior year, shall be forwarded to the ETA President on or about July 20 of each year.
