Compensation for Full. Time Employees Employed More Than 60 Percent But Less Than 100 Percent Members employed more than 60 percent but less than 100 percent shall be paid a salary upon a pro-rata basis. Indirect monetary benefits shall be paid at the rate applicable to 100 percent full-time members.
