Compensation for Change Orders. Construction Manager shall be entitled to compensation for Additional Services it provides, at the amounts agreed to by Construction Manager and Owner, in writing, prior to performing such additional services. Amounts owed by the Owner to the Construction Manager shall be adjusted by duly authorized change order in accordance herewith and the General Terms and Conditions. Upon performance of additional services, Construction Manager shall submit to Owner an Application for Payment with each additional service identified beneath the basic service milestones, or on a continuation page as required, associated monetary value, and appropriate back-up documentation in preparation for an audit thereof.
Compensation for Change Orders. Amounts owed by the County to the Construction Manager, and the amount of the GMP for Construction Services for a phase established in the executed Appendix “M”, shall be adjusted by duly authorized Change Orders.

Compensation for Change Orders. In the event that any Change Order directed by Owner affects the Work, there shall be an equitable adjustment of the payments and time of performance under this Agreement as agreed by the Parties. If the Parties are unable to agree on an adjustment to the Contract Price to be made for an Owner-directed Change Order, Owner shall have the right to direct Contractor to perform the Work in such Change Order on a time and materials basis under the direction and supervision of Owner or Owner’s Representative. Owner shall pay Contractor an amount equal to the actual and reasonable Direct Costs incurred, less Direct Costs avoided, as the case may be, by Contractor to make such changes to the Work as full and complete compensation for the Change Order. Contractor shall provide Owner time cards, time sheets, invoices for materials purchases and other supporting information and documentation reasonably requested by Owner to support all such Direct Costs. Upon occurrence of an Owner Caused Delay or Force Majeure Event, Contractor shall be entitled to a Change Order for an equitable adjustment to the Project Schedule and, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Contract Price. Any disputes regarding Change Orders shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions of Section 16.3.
Compensation for Change Orders. 8.2.1 The procedure for determining the amount of any increase or decrease to the Contract Sum and the procedure for accounting for and paying approved Change Orders is specified in the General and Supplementary Conditions.
