Compensation for Additional Services. If and to the extent that the Manager shall render services to the Trust other than those required to be rendered pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, such additional services and activities will be compensated for separately and shall be on such terms that are generally no less favourable to the Trust than those available from arm’s length parties (within the meaning of the Tax Act) for comparable services.
