Compensation for Additional Services. If and to the extent that the Company shall request the Advisor or any director, officer, partner, or employee of the Advisor to render services for the Company other than those required to be rendered by the Advisor hereunder, such additional services, if performed, will be compensated separately on terms to be agreed upon between such party and the Company from time to time. In particular, but without limitation, if the Company shall request that the Advisor perform property management, leasing, loan disbursement or similar functions, the Company and the Advisor shall enter into a separate agreement specifying the obligations of the parties and providing for reasonable additional compensation to the Advisor for performing such services.
