The Compensation Allowance clause establishes the terms under which one party is entitled to receive additional payment or reimbursement beyond the standard contract amount. Compensation Allowance. 5.2.1 In return for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, a compensation allowance will be paid to all Employees covered by this Agreement. The rate payable shall be $1.65 per hour and shall be paid for all hours worked, attracting no premium or penalty.
5.2.2 The compensation allowance shall remain in force for the duration of this Agreement.
5.2.3 If the Company undertakes any work on a project which is the subject of a project award or agreement, as provided in Clause 5.6 of this Agreement, then any specified productivity allowance or site allowance (howsoever named or described) shall be absorbed by the compensation allowance to the extent of $1.65 per hour.
Compensation Allowance. Employees leaving the Company shall be paid all unused, accrued vacation so long as the Employee gives two (2) weeks notice of resignation.

19.01 EVERY EMPLOYEE MUST DECLARE TO HIS EMPLOYER HIS PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF HIRING. BASED ON THE ROUND TRIP BY THE SHORTEST PUBLIC ROAD ROUTE FROM THE EMPLOYEE’S PERMANENT RESIDENCE AS DEFINED IN ABOVE TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE JOB SITE, THE FOLLOWING COMPENSATION ALLOWANCE WILL BE PAID BY THE EMPLOYER TO THE EMPLOYEE FOR EACH DAY WORKED OR REPORTED FOR WORK. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR FULL TRAVEL OR BOARD ON FRIDAY AN EMPLOYEE MUST WORK FOUR (4) HOURS OR FORFEIT THE ALLOWANCE FOR THAT DAY EXCEPT IN CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE EMPLOYEE. IF AN EMPLOYEE IS FOUND TO HAVE PROVIDED THE EMPLOYER WITH FALSE OR INCORRECT INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF OBTAINING UNDUE TRAVEL AND/OR BOARD ALLOWANCES, IT SHALL BE JUST CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE DISCHARGE. THE EMPLOYEE WILL NOT BE REHIRED BY THAT COMPANY FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS. ZONE A - MORE THAN 80 KILOMETERS ROUND TRIP - $ 30 ZONE B - MORE THAN 120 KILOMETERS ROUND TRIP - $ 40 ZONE C - MORE THAN 160 KILOMETERS ROUND TRIP - $ 65 EMPLOYEES WHOSE PERMANENT RESIDENCE IS MORE THAN 180 KILOMETERS ROUND TRIP TO THE JOB SITE SHALL RECEIVE A SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) PER DAY WORKED. Compensation Allowance. The maximum allowance for any class of incorporated contract driver is $3926.00 Contract drivers will be reimbursed upon the production of an invoice.
