Compensation Act means Clause Samples

Compensation Act means. (i) the Workers Compensation Act (Victoria) 1958 as amended from time to time; or (ii) in respect of an injury occurring on or after 4.00 p.m. on the 1st September, 1985, the Accident Compensation Act (Victoria) 1985 as amended from time to time; or (iii) in respect of an injury occurring on or after 1 July 2014, the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic) as amended from time to time.
