Comparator Cities. The City and Association agree that the (14) cities are the only cities to be used as comparable cities for the salary survey to be conducted each year of this agreement.

Comparator Cities. Austin, Cedar Park, New Braunfels, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County ESD 2, Lewisville, Sugar Land, and Round Rock shall continue to be used as comparator cities for the salary survey to be conducted each year of this agreement. City staff will survey salary competitiveness in the first quarter of each calendar year. The results of each survey will be reviewed with Association leadership. Based on the survey information of the comparator cities and in the manner described in section 3, the average of base pay for minimums for each rank shall be calculated and proposed for approval as a part of the budget process.
