Comparable Medical Coverage. The Employer shall not provide Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance to an employee who received comparable coverage under the policy of his/her spouse. Each employee shall execute the following form and turn it into the Personnel Office within one month after ratification of this agreement or within one month of employment, whichever is later.
