Provisions relating to the Company’s failure to timely deliver securities, with respect to the exercise of the Common Warrants shall be set forth (a) in each Common Warrant in the section titled Company’s Failure to Timely Deliver Securities in the form of Common Warrant attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 and (b) in each Pre-Funded Warrant in the section titled Company’s Failure to Timely Deliver Securities in the form of Pre-Funded Warrant attached hereto as Exhibit B-2.
