Company to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders. Company to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders. The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (1) semi-annually, not later than 15 days after the Regular Record Date for each respective series of Securities, or if there is no Regular Record Date for such series of Securities, semi-annually on January 1 and July 1, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities of each series as of such dateRegular Record Date, as the case may be, or if there is no Regular Record Date for such series of Securities, semi- annually, and (2) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided that no such list need be furnished by the Company to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as Security Registrar.

Company to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders. The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee Trustee (1i) semiannually, not later more than 15 days after the Regular Record Date for each respective series of Securities, or if there is no Regular Record Date for such series of Securities, semi-annually on January February 1 and July August 1, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, containing all the information in the possession or control of the Company, any of its Paying Agents (other than the Trustee) or the Security Registrar, if other than the Trustee, as to the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities of each series as of such dateFebruary 1 and August 1, as the case may be, and and (2ii) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is requested to be furnished; provided provided, however, that if and so long as the Trustee is the Security Registrar for Securities of a series, no such list need be furnished by the Company with respect to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as Security Registrarsuch series of Securities.

The If the Trustee is not acting as Security Registrar for the Securities of any series, the Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (1a) not later at intervals of no more than 15 days six months commencing after the Regular Record Date for each respective series first issue of Securities, or if there is no Regular Record Date for such series of Securities, semi-annually on January 1 and July 1series, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities of each series as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such date, as the case may be, information is furnished; and (2b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided that no such list need be furnished by the Company to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as Security Registrar.
