Company Results means all and any inventions, products, materials, compounds, compositions, substances, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, data, information, discoveries and other results of whatsoever nature covering or constituting Group 2 Company Products Discovered or occurring in the course of, or arising from, the performance of activities of any nature by the Company outside the facilities of the Institute which are not joint or collaborative with the Scientists (including via consultancy or other agreements or arrangements), WIS or Yeda and to which the Scientists have not contributed in any way;
