Common use of Company Policy Clause in Contracts

Company Policy. 3.1 Except as expressly and specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, all employees covered by this Agreement will be considered to be covered under Company Policy. All provisions of Company Policy applying to non-represented employees will apply in the same manner to the employees covered by this Agreement. No Company Policy will be revised or eliminated during the course of this Agreement unless it is revised or eliminated in the same manner for non-represented employees.
