Company Material. 8.1 COMPANY may transfer to PSU tangible material described in Attachment A (“COMPANY Material”) to be used by PSU in performance of the Services. 8.2 The COMPANY Material will remain the exclusive property of the COMPANY. This Agreement will not be deemed to grant to PSU any rights in such COMPANY Material. 8.3 COMPANY assumes all risk associated with the provision of COMPANY Materials and the use by PSU in performance of the Services, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
