Company Defined. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "COMPANY" as used herein, shall include not only Eveready Battery Company, but also the subsidiaries, or affiliated companies of Eveready Battery Company, Energizer Holdings, Inc. and all officers, directors, agents, and employees of any of the foregoing.
