Common use of Company Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Company Confidential Information. All Confidential Information is the sole property of the Company or its designee. I hereby assign to the Company all rights, title, and interest I may have or acquire in the Confidential Information. At all times, both during and after my Employment, I agree to hold in the strictest confidence, not to use (except for the benefit of the Company) and not to disclose to any person or entity (directly or indirectly), except as may be necessary in the ordinary course of performing my duties as an employee of the Company or as expressly authorized by this Agreement, any Confidential Information that I obtain or create during my Employment, unless the Company grants me written authorization to do otherwise.
