Common use of Company Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Company Confidential Information. (a) Nextelligence acknowledges and agrees that the Company Confidential Information is and shall remain the sole property of the Company. Nextelligence shall protect the Company Confidential Information from unauthorized dissemination and shall use the same degree of care that Nextelligence uses to protect its own like information, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care. Nextelligence shall not disclose to third parties the Company Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the Company. Nextelligence shall use the Company Confidential Information only for purposes of performing its obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
