Company Background. The information disclosed by the Consultant regarding its corporate structure, financial condition, expertise, and experience is true and correct. The Consultant will promptly notify Village in writing of any material change to or about the Consultant, including without limitation to change in ownership or control, and any change will be subject to Village approval which will not be unreasonably withheld.
