Companion. All persons, other than the Insured Party, who are registered in the same contractual booking, whether insured or not.
Companion. It is strongly encouraged and recommended that all participants in the Adapted Course have a Companion at all times during participation in the Event to assist the participant through the Adapted Course. For purposes of this Paragraph 4, a "Companion" is an adult individual who has no mental or physical disability or impairment which would impair or inhibit his or her ability to participate in the Event and who is responsible for accompanying and assisting a participant through the Adapted Course. Any participant who elects to have a Companion accompany him or her through the Adapted Course is responsible for obtaining the Companion. The Institute will not obtain, select, or recommend a Companion for any participant. If a participant chooses to have a Companion, the Institute shall not be responsible for any failure of the Companion to adequately assist a participant through the Adapted Course or for any act or omission of the Companion that causes injury or property damage to the participant or any other person.
Companion. This is a person: (a) whose presence as a companion or caregiver is necessary to enable a NME (National Medical Excellence Program) Patient: (i) to receive services in connection with a NME procedure or treatment on an inpatient or outpatient basis; (ii) to travel to and from a designated medical facility; or (b) who is a domestic partner.
Companion. A person who is one of the following: (a) a person whom the Patient designates to communicate with Genesis staff 2 on his or her behalf regarding the Patient’s condition or care or to help the Patient act on the information, advice or instructions provided by Genesis staff; (b) a person legally authorized to make health care decisions on behalf of the Patient; or (c) such other person with whom Genesis staff would ordinarily and regularly communicate regarding the Patient’s medical condition.
Companion. A person who is one of the following: (a) a person whom the Patient designates to communicate with ADC on his or her behalf regarding the Patient’s condition or care; (b) a person legally authorized to make health care decisions on behalf of the Patient; or (c) such other person with whom ADC Staff would ordinarily and regularly communicate regarding the Patient’s medical condition.
Companion. CUSTOMER agrees that it will be liable for any charges associated with Internet backup provided by a third-party in the event of a service disruption or failure not directly caused by the action(s) of COMPANY or the failure of COMPANY equipment and/or fiber optic lines. CUSTOMER agrees not to alter or tamper with any COMPANY equipment, including, but not limited to, the fiber optic lines, without COMPANY authorization or permission. Should CUSTOMER alter or tamper with any COMPANY equipment, CUSTOMER agrees to pay $1 per megabyte used by CUSTOMER after the tampering and up until the COMPANY equipment is repaired by COMPANY.
Companion. A person who is deaf or hard of hearing and is one of the following: (a) a person whom the Patient designates to communicate with ETMC on his or her behalf regarding the Patient’s condition or care; (b) a person legally authorized to make health care decisions on behalf of the Patient; or (c) such other person with whom ETMC Staff would ordinarily and regularly communicate regarding the Patient’s medical condition.
Companion. A person who is one of the following: (a) a person whom the Patient designates to communicate with DCH on his or her behalf regarding the Patient’s condition or care; (b) a person legally authorized to make health care decisions on behalf of the Patient; or (c) such other person with whom DCH Staff would ordinarily and regularly communicate regarding the Patient’s medical condition.
