Community Services Department. Lessee must pay for all portions of electrical used by Lessee during the course of the agreement directly to the utility provider.
Community Services Department. 1) Community Services Department employees shall normally work five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days (Friday to Thursday). Day work will be between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Afternoon shifts will be between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
Community Services Department. (Facility Operator Seniority) Seniority for Facility Operator I & Facility Operator II, for the purpose of job seniority is defined as having four (4) years seniority from their date of hire with the Community Services Facility. Note: refer to notes on grid regarding four (4) year commitment by Facility Operators.
Community Services Department. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement.
