Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.
Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Service Activation For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. Security Service Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.
