Community Mental Health Center. Contractor shall enter into a contract with any willing and qualified community mental health center (Medicaid Provider Type 36) in the Contracting Area so long as the Provider agrees to Contractor's rate and adheres to Contractor's QA requirements. Contractor may establish quality standards in addition to those State and federal requirements and, after the first (1st) year of contracting, contract with only those community mental health centers that meet such standards, provided that each the contracting Provider is informed of any such additional standards no later than ninety (90) days after the start of its contract and that the Department has given Prior Approval. Any such standards that are not established within ninety (90) days after the start of the contract with the community mental health center must be in effect for one (1) year before Contractor may terminate a contract of a Provider based on a failure to meet such standards. 5.20.2.3 Local health departments.

Determination of Claim payment is described in Section 6. SAMPLE Custodial Care. Services that are (1) not for the primary purpose of treating an illness or injury or primarily intended to help a patient gain materially improved functioning within a reasonable timeframe established in a plan of care, and (2) for the purpose of assisting with activities of daily living. Such services include, but are not limited to, help with: personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, skin and nail care, toileting, preparing meals and feeding, walking or transferring positions, giving medicines that are typically self-administered, and catheter care. Services may be Custodial Care regardless of whether such services are performed or ordered by a Provider and regardless of where the services are performed. Day Treatment Program. Mental health or Substance Use Disorder services on an individual or group basis for more than two hours, but less than 24 hours a day, in a Hospital, mental health center, Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility, or Community Mental Health Center.
Community Mental Health Center. The School-Based Mental Health worker will be responsible for promoting and enhancing the overall academic mission of the school by providing services that strengthen school, home, and community partnerships and address barriers to learning and achievement for students. This position will advance the understanding of the emotional and social development of children through the implementation of effective intervention strategies and significantly contribute to the development of a healthy, safe, and caring environment that influences family, community and cultural difference on student success.

  • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.

  • Behavioral Health Services Behavioral health services include the evaluation, management, and treatment for a mental health or substance use disorder condition. For the purpose of this plan, substance use disorder does not include addiction to or abuse of tobacco and/or caffeine. Mental health or substance use disorders are those that are listed in the most updated volume of either: • the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) published by the American Psychiatric Association; or • the International Classification of Disease Manual (ICD) published by the World Health Organization. This plan provides parity in benefits for behavioral healthcare services. Please see Section 10 for additional information regarding behavioral healthcare parity. Inpatient This plan covers behavioral health services if you are inpatient at a general or specialty hospital. See Inpatient Services in Section 3 for additional information. Residential Treatment Facility This plan covers services at behavioral health residential treatment facilities, which provide: • clinical treatment; • medication evaluation management; and • 24-hour on site availability of health professional staff, as required by licensing regulations. Intermediate Care Services This plan covers intermediate care services, which are facility-based programs that are: • more intensive than traditional outpatient services; • less intensive than 24-hour inpatient hospital or residential treatment facility services; and • used as a step down from a higher level of care; or • used a step-up from standard care level of care. Intermediate care services include the following: • Partial Hospital Program (PHP) – PHPs are structured and medically supervised day, evening, or nighttime treatment programs providing individualized treatment plans. A PHP typically runs for five hours a day, five days per week. • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – An IOP provides substantial clinical support for patients who are either in transition from a higher level of care or at risk for admission to a higher level of care. An IOP typically runs for three hours per day, three days per week.

  • Normal Commercial Relations Anything contained in this Trust Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, any Participant or any bank or other Affiliate of such Participant may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Lessee, fully to the same extent as if this Trust Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Lessee for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.

  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.
