Community Life. Because it is desirable that teachers contribute to community life, they are encouraged to develop interests outside their professional duties. Teachers are encouraged to assist community organizations but are encouraged not to slight school responsibilities. Teacher involvement in community organizations provides opportunities for teachers and community members to become better acquainted. This contact may be the basis for patrons to better understand their school program.

To be meaningful, it will have to live and breathe within the many layers of the system and at the many meeting points of VCSE and NHS organisations, at system, ICS place, districts, primary care networks, neighbourhoods and villages. In June 2023, a sample of 77 VCSE Health Alliance members rated the quality of their relationship with the NHS at 5.7 out of 103. We want to raise this to 7.5 out of 10 by summer 2025 when this MoU will be reviewed and developed an equivalent measure by a sample of NHS organisations. Community Life. All residents of university housing enjoy cultural, political, religious freedoms, freedom of speech, of information, of association, of assembly and association, as well as the right to have occasional visitors. Visitors are allowed to stay in the residence until 11:00pm. In exercising these freedoms residents must respect the individual freedoms of other residents as well as principles of secularism and neutrality. Proselytising of any sort is prohibited. Community activities must be held in the designated areas which vary from one student residence to the other and must have the prior authorisation of the Campus Management Office. Posting of information on bulletin boards provided must be authorised by the Campus Manager. Unauthorised posting of information in hallways or on apartment/room doors is prohibited. Documents should be affixed to the designated boards. All commercial, political or religious posting and/or posting in a language other than French without providing translation is prohibited.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.

  • Community We live and work in country communities. We are invested in the health, wellness and viability of country communities and the vibrancy, diversity and future of country WA.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include:
