Community Advisory Board. Grantees other than those owned by a state, a political or special purpose subdivision of a state or a public agency must have a CAB. The CAB responsibilities include: • the right to review the station’s programming goals; • the right to review the service provided by the station; • the right to review significant policy decisions rendered by the station; and • the obligation to advise the station’s governing body on whether the station’s programming and other significant policies are meeting the specialized educational and cultural needs of the communities served by the station, and to make recommendations that the CAB deems appropriate to meet such needs (47 U.S.C. § 396 (k)(8)). Is Grantee required by the Communications Act to maintain a CAB? If yes, does the CAB advise the board/governing body of Grantee’s station on whether its programming and policies meet the specialized educational and cultural needs of the communities served by the station, and make recommendations that it deems appropriate to meet such needs? Community Advisory Board. Drexel University and Wexford Science and Technology, in consultation with Councilwoman Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, will establish and identify the members of a Community Advisory Board that will continue during the duration of the construction of the Project or until such time as the parties to the agreement deem the Community Advisory Board is no longer necessary. Members of the Board shall include a representative of the 3rd Council District or a designee, representatives from Drexel University and Wexford Science and Technology, a representative of any Developer and/or the General Contractor or Construction Manager for any development proposal within the site and representatives from each certified Registered Community Organization whose boundaries include the development site. Participants will engage in monitoring development issues and problem solving activities which are to include regular meetings to address all matters relevant to furthering the development of the Project, carrying out its implementation and the successful completion of the Project. An independent third party monitoring organization will be retained to provide compliance oversight according to the Equal Opportunity Plan and report its findings monthly, quarterly and annually.
Community Advisory Board. The CONSORTIUM shall form a community advisory board comprised of neighborhood residents, both within the target and surrounding areas, as well as parents from the target schools. The Community Advisory board shall review and provide input annually on the program goals, objectives and outcomes. In addition, the Community Advisory board shall oversee the plan, methods and overall outreach efforts to ensure annual increases in the market penetration of residents in the target geography who are actively participating in the Continuum of Solutions. The community advisory board shall recommend adjustments in the outreach strategies, activities and methods as appropriate. Likewise, the Community Advisory Board will oversee the administration of the annual community survey including reviewing of survey questions, promotions for participation, and recruitment of neighborhood residents to assist with survey collections. The Community Advisory Board, in conjunction with the Indiana University Public Policy Institute, shall review the results of the survey and provide the CONSORTIUM with recommendations based upon their analysis of the survey.
Community Advisory Board. A Community Advisory Board is hereby created to provide advice and recommendations to the Executive Board on land and/or money resource allocation for affordable housing projects and to provide public relations and educational outreach services. The Community Advisory Board shall consist of not more than fifteen (15) and not less than twelve (12) community members; provided, however that the size of such board may be temporarily increased by the Executive Board through the appointment of up to an additional four (4) members in order to enhance such board diversity and breadth of skills and experience; provided further, that such additional temporary appointments may continue to serve on such board as standing members over time through attrition, thereby eventually reducing the size of the board back to not more than fifteen (15) and not less than twelve (12) members. The Executive Board shall appoint members to the Community Advisory Board. Community members appointed to the Community Advisory Board must have a knowledge and understanding of affordable housing and be committed to the furtherance of affordable housing on the Eastside. Appointments shall be for a four-year term with service limited to a total of two consecutive terms. The Executive Board shall adopt procedures for the convening and administration of the Community Advisory Board. A community member may be removed from the Community Advisory Board by the Executive Board with or without cause upon a majority vote of membership of the Executive Board.
Community Advisory Board. The Subrecipient will administer a community advisory board to provide advice on the deployment of the YMCA DPP. The advisory board will meet at least quarterly. The State and the YMCA may mutually agree to designate additional members to participate. Reporting/Documentation: Meeting agendas and minutes must be submitted. These are due to the State and regional coordinators within 5 business days from the meeting. Subrecipient Requirements As a subrecipient of federal funds, the recipient is required to adhere to the following federal regulations: A-110: “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and Other Non-Profit Organizations” (OMB Circular A-110); A-122: “Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations” (OMB Circular A-122); and A-133: “Audits of States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations” (OMB Circular A-133) These circulars may be found on the Office of Management and Budget website at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/omb/circulars/index.html ATTACHMENT B PAYMENT PROVISIONS The maximum dollar amount payable under this agreement is not intended as any form of a guaranteed amount. The Subrecipient will be paid for products or services actually performed as specified in Attachment A up to the maximum allowable amount specified in this agreement. State of Vermont payment terms are Net 00 days from date of receipt of invoice; payments against this grant will comply with the State’s payment terms. The payment schedule for delivered products, rates for services performed, and any additional reimbursements are included in this attachment. The following provisions specifying payments are: YMCA DPP Coordinator Salary and Benefits: The community based self-management budget supports the salary and benefits of the state YMCA DPP coordinator and all other expenses necessary to implement the workshops including marketing materials. The Subrecipient shall invoice the State monthly up to the sum of $3,632.67 for self-management program activities based on expenses incurred and completion of grant deliverables.

Community Advisory Board. Metro Green acknowledges that the County intends to create a Community Advisory Board (“CAB”) consisting of no more than five (5) members who shall be citizens and residents of Franklin County. Metro Green will provide 24-hour contact information for an individual responsible for day-to-day operations at the Landfill to the CAB to facilitate a clear point of contact regarding Landfill operations between and among Metro Green, the CAB and the public in general. Upon the reasonable request of the CAB, Metro Green agrees to provide a representative to attend and participate in periodic meetings of the CAB at least quarterly beginning January 1, 2021 through January 1, 2023, and shall cooperate with the reasonable requests for information made by the CAB from time to time. Metro Green agrees to conduct at least one public meeting with interested members of the community prior to commencement of public operations at the Landfill.
