Communications with Others. You agree that we may contact any source necessary and may obtain credit reports or other information in connection with opening, maintaining and servicing your account.
Communications with Others. If and when any debt or equity security of American Ski or any Restricted Subsidiary is or is proposed to be traded publicly, promptly after filing the same, American Ski shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which American Ski or such Borrower files with the Commission or any Governmental Authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.

If and when the stock of the Borrower is or is proposed to be traded publicly, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which the Borrower files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
Communications with Others. At all times that the stock of Tweeter is or is proposed to be traded publicly, Tweeter shall furnish to the Agent copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which Tweeter files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
Communications with Others. At all times that the stock of URC is traded publicly, URC shall furnish the Agent and the Banks with copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which URC files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
Communications with Others. The Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender promptly (and in any event within five (5) days) after the filing thereof (a) copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which the Borrower files and (b) any Schedules 13D or 13G which beneficial owners of the Borrower's equity securities file with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
Communications with Others. Promptly after the sending thereof, the Borrower shall furnish the Lender with copies of all proxy statements, financial statements and reports which Borrower sends to all members of any class of stockholders as a group or to all bondholders as a group, and copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which Borrower files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
Communications with Others. None of Seller, OKFC and the Bank nor any of such entities' directors or officers, shall, from and after the date of this Agreement so long as this Agreement is in effect, directly or indirectly, negotiate, deal with or communicate with any other potential purchaser or acquirer of or for the sale or acquisition of shares of the Bank, nor, during such period, will any of Seller, OKFC, the Bank or such directors or officers consider, accept, solicit or encourage any proposal with respect thereto, and none of Seller, OKFC, the Bank nor such directors or officers has taken any such action since July 13, 1995; provided, if the transaction contemplated by this Agreement cannot be consummated because of Buyer's breach of this Agreement or because necessary regulatory approval is finally denied despite the best efforts of the parties, then, in any such case any or all of Seller, OKFC, the Bank and such directors and officers may immediately negotiate or otherwise deal with any other potential purchaser or acquirer. 6.24
Communications with Others. If at any time any debt or equity security of URHC or any of its Subsidiaries is traded publicly, URHC shall furnish the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which URHC or any such Subsidiary files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any Governmental Authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
