Any communications between Architect and Contractor regarding the any form of change to the construction contract’s Contract Documents (including, but not limited to, changes in price), and any other party acting on behalf of either, shall be in writing, or if not made in writing, memorialized in writing, and copies of same shall be sent immediately to District.
