Common use of Communications to Holders Clause in Contracts

Communications to Holders. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Guarantee and the corresponding rights and privileges of the Security Trustee, shall be governed by applicable law. Every Holder of Series 6 Shares, by receiving and holding the same, agrees with the Guarantors and the Security Trustee that none of the Guarantors nor the Security Trustee nor any agent of any of them shall be held accountable by reason of any disclosure of information as to the names and addresses of Holders made pursuant to the terms hereof or applicable law.

Communications to Holders. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Guarantee and the corresponding rights and privileges of the Security Trustee, shall be governed by applicable law. Every Holder of Series 6 4 Shares, by receiving and holding the same, agrees with the Guarantors and the Security Trustee that none of the Guarantors nor the Security Trustee nor any agent of any of them shall be held accountable by reason of any disclosure of information as to the names and addresses of Holders made pursuant to the terms hereof or applicable law.
