Common use of Communications to Holders Clause in Contracts

Communications to Holders. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Guarantee and the corresponding rights and privileges of the Security Trustee, shall be governed by applicable law. Every Holder, by receiving and holding Senior Preferred Shares, agrees with the Guarantor, the Corporation and the Security Trustee that none of the Guarantor, the Corporation nor the Security Trustee nor any agent of any of them shall be held accountable by reason of any disclosure of information as to the names and addresses of Holders made pursuant to the terms hereof or applicable law.

Communications to Holders. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Guarantee and the corresponding rights and privileges of the Security Trustee, shall be governed by applicable law. Every Holder, by receiving and holding Senior Guaranteed Class A Preferred SharesLP Units, agrees with the Guarantor, the Corporation Partnership and the Security Trustee that none of the Guarantor, the Corporation Partnership nor the Security Trustee nor any agent of any of them shall be held accountable by reason of any disclosure of information as to the names and addresses of Holders made pursuant to the terms hereof or applicable law.

Communications to Holders. Every HolderHolder of Guaranteed Class A Preferred LP Units, by receiving and holding Senior Preferred Sharesthe same, agrees with the Guarantor, the Corporation Guarantor and the Security Trustee that none of neither the Guarantor, the Corporation Guarantor nor the Security Trustee nor any agent of any of them shall be held accountable by reason of any disclosure of information as to the names and addresses of Holders made pursuant to the terms hereof or applicable law.

Communications to Holders. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Guarantee Indenture or under the Securities, and the corresponding rights and privileges of the Security Trustee, shall be governed as provided by applicable lawthe Trust Indenture Act. Every HolderHolder of Securities, by receiving and holding Senior Preferred Sharesthe same, agrees with the Guarantor, the Corporation and the Security Trustee that none of the Guarantor, neither the Corporation nor the Security Trustee nor any agent of any either of them shall be held accountable by reason of any disclosure of information as to the names and addresses of Holders made pursuant to the terms hereof or applicable lawTrust Indenture Act.
