Common use of Communications Expenses Clause in Contracts

Communications Expenses. Whenever the work covered by this Agreement shall involve toll telephone calls and/or other communications expenses, PC shall reimburse RMD-FC for all costs incurred. RMD-FC will secure PC approval prior to incurring expenses in this area.
