Communications Details. The Recipient agrees that: (a) Any of the Province's Project-related communications shall be at the discretion of the Province. (b) The Province may acknowledge the Project in any of its communications. (c) The Province may request that the Recipient participate in an announcement or media event with government officials. (d) The Recipient shall share any proposed public-facing Project-related communications with the Province for review prior to public release.
