Communications Commission definition

Communications Commission means the regulatory body regulating the telecommunications industry in the Isle of Man which is a statutory body of the Isle of Man Government.

Communications Commission. (the "FCC") or any applicable state regulatory agency (a "State Agency," and together with the FCC, the "Regulatory Authorities") unless and until all provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the "1996 Act") and any applicable state regulatory laws, rules or regulations requiring the consent or approval of any Regulatory Authority shall have been satisfied. The power of attorney granted hereby is coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable.
