Communications Commission definition

Communications Commission means the regulatory body regulating the telecommunications industry in the Isle of Man which is a statutory body of the Isle of Man Government.

The Company hereby irrevocably appoints the Collateral Agent its true and lawful attorney-in-fact, effective upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, in its name and stead, to executed and file all necessary applications with all appropriate Regulatory Authorities. The power of attorney granted hereby is coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable.
