Employee represents and warrants that neither Employee nor, to the best of Employee's knowledge, information and belief, any other person, has accepted or agreed to accept, or has paid or provided or agreed to pay or provide, any money, service or any other valuable consideration, as defined in Section 507 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, for the broadcast of any matter contained in programs. Employee further represents and warrants that, during Employee's employment, Employee shall comply with all legal requirements.
