Communication with Employees. The Association shall be allowed use of available bulletin board space as determined by the City Manager or designee. The bulletin board shall be used to notify employees of matters pertaining to official Association business and shall not contain any derogatory, defamatory, or inflammatory statements concerning the City or City personnel, nor any materials which could impair the operation of the City. Prior to posting any notice or material on the Association bulletin board, the Association shall provide one (1) copy of the notice or material to the Chief of Police.

Communication with Employees. Without limiting the generality of the provisions in Section 8.1.1, Purchaser shall not, through its officers, employees, managers, contractors, consultants, agents, representatives or any other Person (including, without limitation, Purchaser’s Inspectors), directly or indirectly, communicate with any Employees or any Person representing any Employees involving any matter with respect to the Property or the Business, the Employees or this Agreement, other than Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, without Seller’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld in Seller’s sole discretion, unless such communication is arranged by Seller.
Communication with Employees. Any designated representative of the Union shall make arrangements with the Human Resources Manager or designee when there is a need to contact District employees in person during the duty period of the employees. Reasonable routine contact may be made during such duty period by phone, e-mail or internal mail distribution; however, solicitation for membership or other internal employee organization business shall be conducted only during the off-duty hours of all employees concerned, unless otherwise approved. Internal employee organization business includes political, union election and social matters.
Communication with Employees. The Association shall be permitted to make announcements at general staff meetings, building meetings, and total staff meetings at the end of such meetings and use the public address system for Association announcements subject to usual building procedures.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sellers shall reasonably cooperate with Buyer in order to arrange communications, pursuant to a schedule to be reasonably agreed upon by the parties in order to allow Buyer to interview the Employees for possible continued employment, and Buyer shall apprise the Sellers from time to time as to its plans for communicating with such Employees, and to complete such communications in advance of the Closing.

The Board shall, by September 1st of each year, provide the Association President with the names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, building assignments, classifications, years of service credit, and pay rates of all employees covered by this Contract. Communication with Employees. The Association shall have access to a designated bulletin board at each work site, employee email and regular mailboxes and other facilities where mail is received and the use of the employer’s mail distribution systems.
Communication with Employees. The District will make available a cell phone for the shift supervisor or designee, head custodian or designee, or other employees designated by the Administration. The employee shall keep the phone on and accessible at all times. Phone calls from the Administration shall be returned in a timely manner. Phones shall not be used for personal business. All of these communications shall be in writing. The District will give access to all employees the use of district owned computers for the purpose of completing GCN tutorials, job categorical trainings to be completed during work hours, and job-related email. Each district employee will be assigned a district email address. All email access and usage shall follow the procedures outlined in the district’s Access to District Computer Network, Electronic E-Mail, and the Internet Policy.
