Communication of Safety Critical Information. (a) The parties shall be jointly responsible for the communication of Safety Critical Information between the parties as it pertains to the Interface. (b) The parties shall establish and maintain a process to identify, categorise, disseminate and acknowledge Safety Critical Information relevant to their roles as either a RSO or RIM and work with the other parties to alter this process if risks are noted in regular reviews, operational processes change or improvements are proposed.
