Lessor reserves the right to require that Lessee remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed by or on behalf of Lessee in violation of these provisions, or which are or become at any time in violation of any laws, ordinances or regulations or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition, within fifteen (15) business days after written notice from Lessor.\n2. Lessor may, but shall not be obligated to: (i) install new Lines at the Building, (ii) create additional space for Lines at the Building, and (iii) reasonably direct, monitor and/or supervise the installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of, the allocation and reallocation of available space, if any, for, and the allocation of excess capacity, if any, on, any Lines now or hereafter installed at the Building by Lessor, Lessee or any other party, but Lessor shall have no right to monitor or control the information transmitted through such Lines. If Lessor exercises any such rights, Lessor may charge Lessee for the reasonable costs attributable to Lessee, or may include those costs and all other associated costs in operating expenses.\n3.
