COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. 5.1. Any official relations between the Parties shall be in writing. A written notice for a Party shall be delivered personally or sent by courier (including international courier) or mail (including insured mail). For saving time and taking into account the provisions outlined below, a notice may be delivered to another Party through telegram, telex, fax, email, SMS, mobile-bank, Internet bank or any other operative means determined by the Bank, provided that in case of request of another Party the written notice will be delivered in the reasonable time to such Party as well.
