COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. 52.1 Form and means of communication Communication under the Agreement (information, requests, submissions, ‘formal notifications’, etc.) must: - be made in writing and - bear the number of the Agreement. Until the payment of the balance: all communication must be made through the electronic exchange system and using the forms and templates provided there. After the payment of the balance: formal notifications must be made by registered post with proof of delivery (‘formal notification on paper’). Communications in the electronic exchange system must be made by persons authorised according to the ‘Terms and Conditions of Use of the electronic exchange system’. For naming the authorised persons, the beneficiary must have designated — before the signature of this Agreement — a ‘Legal Entity Appointed Representative (XXXX)’. The role and tasks of the XXXX are stipulated in his/her appointment letter (see Terms and Conditions of Use of the electronic exchange system). If the electronic exchange system is temporarily unavailable, instructions will be given on the Agency and Commission websites.
