COMMUNICATION AND LANGUAGE FOR DOCUMENTATION. Any letter, facsimile message, e-mail intimation or notice sent to the Bidder/Supplier/ Contractor at the last known address mentioned in the offer / order shall be deemed to be valid communication for the purpose of the order/contract. Unless stated otherwise by the purchaser, Language for communication and all documentation shall be same, which the Purchaser has used, in the tender enquiry.
