Communicating with Each Other. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by law, any written notice from you required by this Agreement will be considered given five business days (business days means every day except Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays in the Province where subscriber resides) after you mail it to us at our mailing address provided in the introduction of this Agreement. Any written notice from us required by this Agreement will be considered given when we send it by email to any email address you've provided to us, or five business days after we mail it to you at the most current billing address we have on file for you. Any oral notices will be considered given when we call you or when you call us at the customer care number listed above. Communicating with Each Other. Clause 45 of the Personal Banking Booklet contains information about how we can communicate with each other, and clause 25 contains information on how we’ll send you statements. We will only give you, the primary card holder, statements. Statements are sent monthly, and you can check your transactions any time online and through your mobile device.
Communicating with Each Other. We will periodically communicate with you about your Account via a Program Advisor, the Program Website, or email. You and we may also communicate with each other via other means such as telephone, mail, web-chat or mobile application. You should carefully review all summaries, statements, reports and other information, and promptly report any discrepancies to us through the Program Website or by contacting a Program Advisor. Account Summary A primary way we communicate the important terms, conditions and information about your Account is through an Account Summary. You will receive your first Account Summary through secure mail via the Program Website after you enroll in the Program and an updated Account Summary each time you change certain important features of your Account. The Account Summary will reflect the Program Fee and the Services you have requested for your Account under this Agreement.

Any notice you give us should be in writing unless we tell you that it is acceptable to give us notice in another method.

  • Liability of Third Persons Dealing with Trustees No Person dealing with the Trustees shall be bound to make any inquiry concerning the validity of any transaction made or to be made by the Trustees or to see to the application of any payments made or property transferred to the Trust or upon its order.

In either case, the parties hereto (other than the Seller and its Affiliates but excluding the Issuing Entity) further agree to provide such notices, requests and communications or copies thereof, as applicable, to the Seller at least one Business Day prior to the date when such notices, requests and communications are required to be delivered (or are in fact delivered, whichever is earlier) to the Rating Agencies pursuant to the Basic Documents. So long as any Notes are Outstanding, each party hereto (other than the Seller and its Affiliates but excluding the Issuing Entity) agrees that neither it nor any party on its behalf shall engage in any oral communications with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, under the Basic Documents or in any way relating to the Notes with any Rating Agency or any of their respective officers, directors or employees, without the participation of the Seller.

  • Communication with Accountants Each Credit Party executing this Agreement authorizes (a) Agent and (b) so long as an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, each Lender, to communicate directly with its independent certified public accountants, including Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx of Texas, PC, and authorizes and shall instruct those accountants and advisors to communicate to Agent and each Lender information relating to any Credit Party with respect to the business, results of operations and financial condition of any Credit Party.

  • Communication by the Holders with Other Holders The Holders may communicate pursuant to Section 312(b) of the TIA with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or the Securities. The Issuers, the Trustee, the Registrar and other Persons shall have the protection of Section 312(c) of the TIA.

The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.
