This memo also identifies the appropriate forms to be used in association with the voter registration process and related retention requirements. This memo replaces Eligibility Operations Memo 12-07, issued November 1, 2012. Voter Registration Under federal law, MassHealth is required to offer applicants and members an opportunity to register to vote, and assistance in doing so, and to maintain records verifying this process.
