Common use of Common Stock Dividends Clause in Contracts

Common Stock Dividends. If the Company at any time prior to the ---------------------- expiration of this Warrant shall pay a dividend with respect to the Common Stock payable in shares of Common Stock, or make any other distribution with respect to the Common Stock, then the purchase price per share shall be appropriately decreased, and the number of Warrant Shares shall be appropriately increased in proportion to such dividend.
