COMMON STOCK DIVIDENDS AND DISTRIBUTIONS, SUBDIVISIONS, COMBINATIONS AND RECLASSIFICATIONS. In the event that the Company shall (i) pay a dividend or make a distribution on its outstanding shares of Common Stock using shares of Common Stock, (ii) subdivide its outstanding shares of Common Stock into a larger number of shares of Common Stock, (iii) combine its outstanding shares of Common Stock into a smaller number of shares of Common Stock or (iv) increase or decrease the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding by reclassification of its Common Stock, then the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such dividend, distribution, subdivision, combination or reclassification shall be adjusted to equal the product obtained by multiplying the Exercise Price by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to such dividend, distribution, subdivision, combination or reclassification and the denominator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding after giving effect to such dividend, distribution, subdivision, combination or reclassification. Likewise, the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of each Warrant immediately prior to such Exercise Price adjustment shall be adjusted, effective simultaneously with the Exercise Price adjustment, to equal the product obtained by multiplying such number of shares of Common Stock by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Exercise Price per share immediately prior to such Exercise Price adjustment and the denominator of which is the Exercise Price per share in effect upon such Exercise Price adjustment, which adjusted number of shares of Common Stock shall be the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrant until further adjusted as provided herein. An adjustment made pursuant to this Section 6A shall become effective immediately after the dividend or distribution date retroactive to the record date in the case of a dividend or distribution of shares of Common Stock, and shall become effective immediately after the effective date in the case of a subdivision, combination or reclassification.
