Common use of COMMON PURPOSES Clause in Contracts

COMMON PURPOSES. shall include the purpose of upkeep, management, maintenance, administration and protection of various respective common parts and the purposes of regulating mutual rights and obligations responsibilities and liabilities of the Builders and/or occupants of the respective units and all other purposes or matters in which Holding Organisation / Maintenance Body and occupants have common interest relating to Block/s Building/s in each of the phases/projects and/or the entire Housing Complex.
