Common use of Committee Reports Clause in Contracts

Committee Reports. The parties agree that, during the period of negotiations and prior to reaching impasse, proceedings of the negotiations shall not be released to other than the organizations involved unless such an issuance has the prior approval of both parties. When an impasse is declared by either party the negotiation proceedings may be released by either party without mutual consent.
