Common use of Committee Minutes Clause in Contracts

Committee Minutes. ‌ Minutes of the meeting or meeting summaries will be kept and posted on the Union’s bulletin board. As determined by the co-chairs, if the Committee has a specific advisory recommendation, it shall be referred in writing directly to the Administrator. The Administrator shall respond in writing to the Committee with what action is taken with respect to the recommendation and the reasons therefore. The response shall be made as promptly as the nature of the recommendation and investigation allow.
