Committee Minutes. Every committee meeting will be recorded in its official minutes, copies of which will be posted in each work place on a bulletin board with copies promptly forwarded to the employer, the Chief Executive Officer of the Union, and the Department of Labour. All committee minutes will be kept with other committee records and correspondence, and shall be available for inspection by any employee and the Union. Minutes of committee meetings shall be posted in the work place and shall be made available concurrently to the Employer, the Union and the Occupational Health and Safety Branch.
