Committee Determinations. The Committee’s determinations under the Plan and this Agreement need not be uniform and may be made by it selectively among persons who receive, or are eligible to receive, awards under the Plan (whether or not such persons are similarly situated). All decisions, interpretations and determinations by the Committee with regard to any question or matter arising hereunder or under the Plan shall be conclusive and binding upon the Company and the Grantee and his or her transferees.
