Committed Loan Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Committed Loan Notice in accordance with the requirements hereof.
Committed Loan Notice. For purposes of a Borrowing of Term SOFR Loans, or a continuation of a Term SOFR Loan, the Borrower shall use the Committed Loan Notice attached hereto as Exhibit A.

The reference to “which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A” at the end of the definition of “Committed Loan Notice” set forth in Section 1.01 of the Original Agreement is hereby amended to refer instead to “which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent and the requesting Borrower (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent) appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the requesting Borrower”.
Committed Loan Notice. Nielsen shall have delivered a Committed Loan Notice for the Class B-4 Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.02(a) of the Existing Credit Agreement.
Committed Loan Notice. For purposes of a Borrowing of BSBY Rate Loans or BSBY Daily Floating Rate Loans, or a continuation of a BSBY Rate Loan, the Borrower shall use the Committed Loan Notice attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 9.03, for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 4.01, each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Funding Date specifying its objection thereto.
Committed Loan Notice. Each of the Administrative Agent and Left Lead New Term Facility Arranger shall have received a Committed Loan Notice, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, not later than 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) one (1) Business Day before the requested date of borrowing of the Term B-11 Loans on the Sixth Amendment Effective Date.
