Commitments Making of Loans the Register Notes. Subsection 2.1A of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the first sentence contained therein in its entirety and substituting the following therefor: “Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in reliance upon the representations and warranties of Company herein set forth, each Lender hereby severally agrees to make the Loans described in subsections 2.1A(ii) and 2.1A(iii) and Swing Line Lender hereby agrees to make the Swing Line Loans as described in subsection 2.1A(iv).”.
